For our client in Oslo we are looking for a Draft / Design Technician
Job Description:
Responsible for drafting 2D drawings according to Process procedures/guidelines.
Responsible for processing the P&ID’s, PFD, MSD (Material Selection Diagram) and similar drawings through the electronic document management system in accordance with the approved Project Legends and link them to the document number provided from Doc Control (Client Doc. Number, revision, title etc.)
Assist with establishing procedures, guidelines and routines.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant 2D drafting position for relatively complexed process systems.
Has experience w/ “intelligent” type of P&IDs / Database.
Proficiency with ‘AVEVA 2D P&ID CAD and database’ and/or ‘Bentley OpenPlant 2D P&I and database ‘ is required. Preferred if both.
Good knowledge of existing or similar CAD-systems as used in Process Systems.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
